Shipping
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-7 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands 1-4 business days
- European Union: 3-5 business days
- Everywhere else: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
All international deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To start a return, please email your order number to:

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send the item back using a tracked shipping method.
For orders outside the EU, customers must return the item using a tracked shipping service from their local postal provider. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes or duties.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected and accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery Failure
If delivery of your order is unsuccessful, the courier will leave the parcel at the nearest service point and notify you via email or SMS with collection instructions.
You will have 14 days to collect your parcel. If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.
Please note that refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received by our studio.
